1. Choose the repository scope

Use an organization for its visible repositories, or list only the repositories you want to analyze.

Optional. Syncs up to 50 active repositories visible to the token.

Optional when an organization is set. Enter one owner/repository per line to limit the sync scope.

2. Create a read-only GitHub token

GitHub opens with a 90-day token name and the required read-only permissions already filled in.

Finish repository access in GitHub

Open the prefilled token form.
Select Only select repositories and choose the same repositories configured above.
Confirm Metadata, Contents, and Pull requests are read-only, then generate the token.
Copy it once and paste it below. Organization policy may require owner approval.

The token is encrypted before storage. Never put it in source control, logs, or screenshots.

3. Connect and choose privacy

Enable individual employee output metrics

Off by default. Team aggregates remain visible, but employee-level pull request and cost-per-output fields stay hidden unless an owner or admin explicitly enables them.
