Connected provider keys

Connected keys fund candidate requests only. The trAIce-managed Vertex judge scores every experiment and is not shown as a workspace connection. Without a candidate key, included monthly experiment funding may pay for eligible candidate requests. Credentials are encrypted at rest and only a masked identifier is shown after connection.

Only workspace owners and admins can change provider keys.
