1. Agreement and operator
These Terms are an agreement between you and trAIce, the supplier and operator of the trAIce service. By creating a trAIce account, using the dashboard or APIs, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms. If you use trAIce for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for it. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
trAIce is a hosted analytics backend for the open-source @traice/sdk package. We provide event ingestion, dashboards, budgets, alerts, and related features as described on the site. We may change features, with reasonable notice for material reductions on paid plans.
3. Your account
- You must be 16 or older to use trAIce.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping API keys secret.
- If a key is compromised, revoke it immediately from API keys.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for anything unlawful, infringing, or harmful
- Attempt to bypass plan quotas, rate limits, or authentication
- Submit content you don't have rights to
- Reverse engineer, scrape at scale, or interfere with the service
5. Plans, billing, cancellation
Plan tiers and pricing are described at /pricing. Free plans have no payment obligation. Paid plans are monthly subscriptions that renew automatically until canceled. Paddle is the authorized reseller and merchant of record for paid transactions. Paddle processes payment, applicable taxes, invoices, receipts, and payment support. You may cancel at any time from trAIce billing or the Paddle buyer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until then. Refund requests are governed by our Refund Policy, Paddle's buyer terms, and applicable law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Data ownership
You retain all rights to the data you send us. We process it only to operate the service for you. Settings → Account provides the currently supported export and deletion controls; the Privacy Policy describes their present scope.
7. Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other's non-public information with reasonable care and use it only as needed to perform under these Terms.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided as is. We don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the cost numbers shown will match every provider invoice to the cent. Cost figures depend on the data you send us and the pricing tables we maintain: verify against your provider statements for billing-critical decisions.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, trAIce's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold trAIce harmless from claims arising out of your use of the service in violation of these Terms or applicable law.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel without regard to conflict of laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Tel Aviv.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced with reasonable notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
